“I’m absolutely delighted with my new hair! Charlotte gave me great advice on how to transform my mostly-grown -out dark dyed hair to my natural silver. She bleached and silver-toned the remaining dark bits and cut my hair beautifully, just as I wanted. She even revealed something that I’d never known- that I have a natural curl in my hair. Charlotte gave good advice on products to use and how to style with them. All in all a definite 5 star treatment!”
